ACVM HOODIE

This time we will focus on the simple hoodie we have released for many years under the ACVM brand.
A hoodie that can be used daily and is convenient as an outerwear and as an innerwear for blouson and jackets.
We’ve built the details to make you feel comfortable when we wear them.

The fabric used is made using an old-fashioned knitting machine, which is currently in operation only a few in Japan.

The fabric used is made using an old-fashioned knitting machine, which is currently in operation only a few in Japan.
The very slow knitting speed allows we to create bulges and soft touches that are not possible with current knitting machines.
The fabrics made with this old-fashioned knitting machine have a very handmade finish,
which is completely different from the fabrics made with modern efficiency and speed in mind.

It is very solid with a tight tension fabric, but it is also soft and comfortable to wear.
We would like you to feel the big difference from the general mass-produced fabrics.

It is a brushed back material that can be worn even in winter,
but it is also a feature of this material that the hair is long and standing.
The fabric is brushed on the back and has high heat retention, but if you wear it together with the heavyweight waffle tee,
which is also released by the ACVM brand, it will be even more cold-resistant.

And this season, we will also release a pullover with pads on the shoulders and elbows.
It comes with a pad that has the same shape as the waffle cotton knit released the other day, and has a back print.
Since there is no front zip, this also goes well with outerwear that has a zip on the front like a biker jacket.

When we wore a hoodie inside the jacket, we don’t like largelly hem of the hoodie coming out of the hem of the jacket.
Therefore, the body length is set a little shorter to keep the balance when wearing it.

And when worn as an inner for a biker jacket or other blouson, the sizing is slightly tight so that the sleeves are not bulky and uncomfortable.

Not only the fabrics, but also such small parts are packed into each piece of our clothing.
